CONSULTING

WOW! EDUCATION CONSULTANTS PROVIDE

  • Identification of and recommendations for the best programs, evaluators, and therapists to meet child(ren)'s needs

  • Consultative support and research to help parents make the best school selection for child(ren), including school visits and interviews

  • In-depth schools analysis and comparisons to help court-appointed parenting coordinators facilitate the mediation of school selection disagreements and disputes between parents

  • Development of customized home and school behavior management plans, including ongoing coaching for parents and caregivers

  • Individualized homeschool instructional plans, with comprehensive support for parents who implement instruction

  • Assurance that the child’s best interest ALWAYS comes first

ADVOCACY 

WOW! EDUCATIONAL ADVOCATES PROVIDE

  • Support for parents to best determine what a child might need at school, and from which type of supports and services a child might benefit outside of school

  • Help with initiation, development, implementation, and close management of Special Education services, specifically including IEP's and Section 504 plans

  • Expert knowledge on education policies and procedures

  • Collaboration with school teaching teams and administration to ensure that the child’s unique needs are being met in the most constructive, positive and caring ways

  • Advocacy for what is truly best for the student, including issues related to learning and emotional disabilities

  • Assurance that the child’s best interest ALWAYS comes first

TUTORING AND HOMESCHOOL

WOW! TUTORS PROVIDE

  • Virtual and/or in-person instruction for PK-12th grade students

  • Targeted academic support for maximum growth, increasing confidence and reaching highest academic potential

  • Invested, warm and personal rapports between students and tutors

  • Academic instruction in math, reading, writing, organization, and executive functioning skills

  • Customized instruction based on each student’s unique needs, including ongoing communication with families and classroom teachers

  • Comprehensive, meaningful, and regular assessments/reports on student progress
